I haven’t received my order

Before placing an order, please ensure the following conditions are met to guarantee successful delivery:

  2.  You have entered the correct profile link or video link.
  3.  You have not changed your username before the order is completed.
  4.  The post or account still exists and has not been deleted.
  5.  Allow sufficient time for order completion.
  6.  For further assistance, please contact our support team via the contact form.

Under what conditions can I get a refill?

  1. Service grow stopped for more than 24 hours and has not been fully done.
  2. Services such as follower count, video likes, and video views decreased by more than 20% within 30 days.
  3. The order has not been processed after 24 hours.
  4. Large orders (100k+) saw a drop of more than 20% within 60 days.
  5. Small orders (10k  within) that remain incomplete after 10 days.

How can I request a refill?

You can request a refill by contacting customer service. Please note that we can only offer free refills within 30/60 days of your purchase.
